Today, even though the Romanian state has acknowledged this sad period, there are people who knowingly ignore this fact and engage in serious actions, benefiting from the support of a criminal group, which includes police officers, prosecutors, judges, bailiffs, notaries, banks, the so-called Tomescu Alexandru, the law firm Stoica si Asociatii , and last but not least S.I.E. deputy command General Dan Chiriac , who commands this series from the shadows, though his intermediaries
But let me return to the subject of the article.
The apartment is part of a beautiful villa located across from Cișmigiu Park, part of the villa being our 2-room apartment on the upper floor, the other half belonging until 2011 to a family who obtained it following a claim
Subsequently, this part of the villa was purchased in 2011 by the so-called Alexandru Tomescu for the sum of 100,000 Euros, and with an additional 50,000 Euros, Alexandru Tomescu also bought the right to request compensation from the state, specifically from A.N.R.P. (National Authority for Property Restitution). As far as I know, he bought this part of the villa without even seeing it.
The question arises, of course, who buys a part of a villa for 100,000 Euros without seeing it? Who gives another 50,000 Euros to receive compensation from A.N.R.P. (National Authority for Property Restitution) without having ‘the ground prepared’ and without the certainty that, in the end, they will do what they want? In the following lines, I will provide the answers to these questions.
It should be noted that Alexandru Tomescu does not make any efforts to obtain the compensation from A.N.R.P. (National Authority for Property Restitution), as he is entitled to by contract. Instead, he decides to obtain this compensation from our family.
Thus, he directly and through intermediaries begins a whole operation of terror, which includes illegal activities such as: stopping utilities through illegal actions in complicity with Apa Nova S.A., GDF Suez, illegal construction works without any kind of authorization, which intentionally destroy the roof of our house in the middle of winter, destruction, police complaints solved with N.U.P. (Non-Starting of Criminal Prosecution) in our favor, numerous notifications through bailiffs, and court actions, including 6 lawsuits that he lost. In these lawsuits, he was represented by the law firm of Mr. Valeriu Stoica, the former Minister of Justice. It is worth mentioning that in every trial, this law firm requests the court to charge judicial expenses amounting to tens of millions of old Romanian lei!
After Alexandru Tomescu bought this apartment, we were contacted by his lawyer Radu Rosca , who informed us that he wanted to meet with us, together with Mr. Tomescu.
At the meeting, the two of them told me that they wanted to buy our apartment, but we informed them that we did not wish to sell.
Later, we received an offer of 50,000 Euros for a land share of 159 square meters and an apartment of 106 square meters, while Mr. Alexandru Tomescu owns only a share of 84 square meters for which he paid 100,000 Euros, according to the sales contract.
I replied to this offer, and later the two of them began a real act of blackmail and judicial terror, in the sense that, shortly after we refused to sell, the so-called Tomescu, through his lawyer, contacted a friend of mine from Israel with the intention of blackmailing both him and me, and thus forcing us to sell him the house at a ridiculously low price. In a recorded conversation, lawyer Radu Rosca admits that the so-called Tomescu Alexandru instructed him to call my friend in Israel, and Tomescu obtained his phone number from the president of F.C.E.R. (Federation of Jewish Communities in Romania), Mr. Aurel Vainer.
My friend was also contacted by Florina Roșca – Florina Neacșu regarding the same house.
Following our refusal, shortly after, the apartment was SET ON FIRE. I.S.U. (Inspectorate for Emergency Situations) Bucharest found in an official report that the fire was set intentionally. Section 3 did not conduct any investigation and never heard my testimony, with our apartment being set on fire twice in just one year, with I.S.U. confirming that the cause was intentional arson each time.

It is interesting that during the second act of arson, in the presence of a police officer from Police Station 3, I was told, I quote: “Let them burn all the Jews, because they will buy the whole street.”
The police officer present at the scene refused to comply with my request to identify the antisemitic individual. In turn, the police officer also refused, contrary to the legislation in force, to identify himself, claiming that he only identifies himself in front of the head of the station. As far as I understand, that officer belongs to Police Station 3.

Regarding the second fire, the Court of Sector 1 Bucharest has already ruled in case number 5570/299/2018 and accepted the action that raised concerns about the delay in the investigation in case 1274/P/2013, in which the head of Section 3 Police, Scorteanu Petre, communicated that all possible investigations had been carried out. However, as the court’s written extract shows, the court had a different opinion:

Following the first intentionally set fire (according to the I.S.U. official report), Alexandru Tomescu started construction and repair works on January 6, 2013, without any authorization, even though the property was located in a protected area (area number 43). For such properties, according to Law 50/1991, obtaining an authorization is absolutely necessary, even for repair works. Any work carried out without these documents is considered a criminal offense.
I filed a complaint for this offense (which was identified on the same day by the inspectors of the municipality, who also ordered the cessation of any work until the legality was established). After filing the complaint, due to abuse and disregard for the Code of Criminal Procedure, we were never heard, we were not given the right to bring witnesses or evidence, and when we requested a response from the police and the prosecutor’s office, we received no answer. Later, we found out that, abusively, the prosecution did not start a criminal investigation, as ordered by Prosecutor Beldie in case number 3309/P/2013, who did not consider that a complainant has the right to prove their complaint through documents and witnesses and does not have the right to be heard in the case.
I want to point out that as a result of these illegal works, carried out without any authorization, our apartment was left without a roof for two weeks, exposed to heavy rains and snowstorms at that time, causing the apartment to be destroyed by 90%.
We addressed the Construction Inspection, and due to the passivity of this institution, we went to a meeting at MDRAP (Ministry of Regional Development and Public Administration) with Secretary of State Iulian Matache, where the head of the control body for the Construction Inspection was also present. The petition was registered with number 86685/28.10.2013. We never received any response to this petition.

It is important to mention that shortly after the arson and destruction of our house’s roof through an alleged repartition, without any authorization, as a result of this abuse, we addressed the Minister of Regional Development and Public Administration Mr Liviu Dragnea Mr. Liviu Dragnea (the ministry that oversees) ISC – State Construction Inspection ) This gentleman refused to respond to our request for one year, and similarly, he refused to respond to our legally and properly formulated request for a meeting.
This is not a coincidence, as during the same period I was contacted by Mr. Liviu Dragnea’s godson, Mr. Petre Găineascu, a former employee of USLA – now the ANTITERRORISM BRIGADE OF THE ROMANIAN INTELLIGENCE SERVICE In the most direct way possible, he understood it was his task to threaten and intimidate us, saying, and I quote:
…”Liviu Dragnea is my godfather… the people you are fighting are very high up, and it would be better if you stopped making so many complaints because you are not alone, and you still have your mother, Iancu Jeny, and your brother here, and it’s a pity for them to suffer”… this conversation can be proven.
It can only sound like irony that Mr. Liviu Dragnea, who has since been convicted also who received the highest distinction of the European Jewish Congress, without this institution verifying what this gentleman and his entire criminal group are involved in in Romania.

Coincidence or not, from the moment Mr. Alexandru Tomescu became our neighbor, in just 6 (six) months, we registered 30,000 lei in electricity bills and 26,000 lei in water bills, and the gas pipe was cut with a grinder. To be clear, we are not in the stories of criminal gangs trying to forcefully take a house; my neighbor wants to be seen as a cultured man, not someone dealing in cannabis!
In practice, we were presented with documents from Apa Nova, where it is clearly stated on the water shut-off notice that my lawyer is lawyer Rosca Radu, who is actually Mr. Tomescu’s lawyer. I do not remember ever authorizing him!
Technically, we were presented documents issued by Apa Nova, where it is written very clearly, next to my name, on the Apa Nova chart of interruption of supplies, that I have a lawyer, in the person of lawyer Rosca Radu.
Coincidence or not, the complaint for forgery and use of forged documents was handled by Prosecutor Florina Lucan, who briefly concluded: “THE FACT DOES NOT EXIST.” Apa Nova behaves like Mr. Tomescu’s lawyer and repeatedly refuses to provide me with information to which I am entitled. Thus, Apa Nova refuses to provide me with the water shut-off report, refuses to provide me with the shut-off notice, refuses to provide me with the payment history, and, last but not least, even communicated to me in court that my representative in dealings with Apa Nova is lawyer lawyer Rosca Radu, who is Mr. Alexandru Tomescu’s authorized representative (I note that the two have no contract with Apa Nova).
Similarly, Apa Nova, to cover up Mr. Tomescu’s abuses, sends false documents to me through a mediation office (Ardeleanu and Associates). In practice, I received an invitation to mediation with an acknowledgment of receipt that was already signed, but, of course, by someone else. I reported this to the police, but it doesn’t surprise me that this complaint has been sitting in a drawer for over a year. What’s also interesting is that this envelope was delivered to me on a Saturday, when we don’t receive any mail, and it wasn’t delivered by our regular mailman, whom we’ve known for over 10 years, but by a mailman I had never seen before.
In the same manner, after the resolution of the case with Apa Nova at the Court of Sector 1 Bucharest, this case file 33633/299/2014 simply disappears from the archives of this court. The only thing I received from this court was a SEC response stating that this file can no longer be found!!! It is not surprising that this happened right after Apa Nova submitted a falsified document together with written conclusions, a document against which we intended to file a charge for forgery. With the disappearance of this file, the forgery can no longer be investigated

Although we managed to win a case definitively regarding the gas supply, they abusively refuse to reconnect us, even though our gas connection, which we paid for more than 10 years ago, was taken abusively by Alexandru Tomescu. Even at the express request to A.N.P.C. (National Authority for Consumer Protection), G.D.F. Suez refuses to do this.

In 2012, Alexandru Tomescu initiated an action claiming our apartment in case number file 52217/299/2012, an action dismissed by the court as unfounded, both at first instance at the First Instance Court of District 1 of Bucharest, and on appeal, at the Bucharest Law Court, where Mr. Alexandru Tomescu was represented in court by Mr. Valeriu Stoica, whose pleading, if it can be called that, caused the courtroom to laugh.

Alexandru Tomescu initiated two actions in court (19061/299/2013 and 19072/299/2013), where he requested our eviction, despite not having any title to our apartment. Both actions were dismissed as unfounded and became irrevocable due to the lack of any appeal being filed.

As a result, Alexandru Tomescu abusively filed a complaint with the police, claiming lack of utility in case number 17971/P/2013, a case that was closed with N.U.P. (No Penal Proceedings) because he failed to provide proof of the false claims made in his complaint.

Consequently, Alexandru Tomescu abusively files a complaint to the police, where he alleges the lack of use in file no. 17971/P/2013, a file which, following investigations, is settled with N.U.P., because it does not provide evidence to support the false allegations written in the complaint.

As a result of losing the previous lawsuits and being unable to obtain our house for free, and since we did not yield to his threats, blackmail, and judicial terror, Alexandru Tomescu bought a claim (authenticated by notary BIN Alexandra Liuba Liliana under number 551/28.10.2014) from Banca Transilvania and illegally initiated enforcement proceedings. In cases 32504/301/2014 and 25536/299/2014. the courts rejected the enforcement action as unfounded. The assignment contract was drafted in only one copy (it was not communicated as stipulated by the parties in the contract, in an illegal manner) and contains several provisions that contravene the legislation in force.
Regarding the claim assignment contract with number 551/28.10.2014 authenticated by notary BIN Alexandra Liuba Liliana, I point out that Ms. Alexandra Liuba Liliana has already been sent to court along with several other defendants in case number 6632/2/2013/a10 – file of BRD bankers for crimes such as the initiation and formation of an organized criminal group, joining or supporting such a group (Law 39/2003, article 7), and she is the one who executed the documents for the land transactions of Nana.

Following these actions that I have described, Mr. Radu Fătulescu, a member of the PNL (National Liberal Party), published a journalistic investigation. As a result of the publication of this investigation, he was threatened at office of the National Liberal Party sector 2 at the initiative of the deputy of the Foreign Intelligence Service, general Dan Chiriac

Alexandru Tomescu is once again trying to enforce a debt from Banca Transilvania in case 39966/299/2014 aand here, illegally, the court allows forced execution (it should be noted that all three enforcement cases have the same parties, object, content of documents, and different rulings! The cases 32504/301/2014; 25536/299/2014 and 39966/299/2014); It is therefore impossible for there to be three cases with the same parties, same cause, and same content of documents but with different rulings!

I requested the suspension of the enforcement until the resolution of the contestation to the enforcement. Through the court order in case 46766/299/2014, the enforcement in case 39966/299/2014 is suspended.

Since then, even though the decision is not final and the enforcement is suspended illegally, the aforementioned Tomescu, through the bailiff Paula Daniela Somildoc, is doing everything possible to evict my mother, Iancu Jeny, who is also a victim of the Holocaust.

In parallel with these actions, this criminal group sends forward Mr. Dan Stroe’s company, Baby spa owned by Mr. Dan Stroe, former procurement manager of the National Tax Administration Authority (who was caught with 600,000 Euro cash in his safe box) , who was caught with €600,000 in cash in a safe). This company, through its director Anca Grecu, is unsuccessfully trying to frame me with a tax evasion case.
The intermediary of this transaction is none other than Cornel Bortan, tthe owner of the Bacos company, who previously tried the same thing through Alpha Rochas at Otopeni Airport and through the consulting firm Soter s.a.
I did not engage in this provocation, but Mr. Cornel Bortan did not give up and inexplicably requested that I create a lease agreement for the very villa that Mr. Tomescu Alexandru covets, which I obviously refused.
Shortly after, out of nowhere, none other than Magda Stroe, the deputy manager of I.C.R. London (Romanian Cultural Institute)
appears, attempting the same thing as the others, trying to frame me with a tax evasion case. Shortly after my refusal to work with I.C.R. London, all my online contacts with I.C.R. London were blocked, although before this refusal, I was considered by Ms. Magda Stroe as… “a top artist”…
Notably, these people form a close circle. I say this because after general Dan Chiriac of the Foreign Intelligence service was forced to leave the USA in 1990, he found a cushy position at the Romanian Embassy in London (according to his public biography).
I also addressed a request to be received for an audience with Chairman Aurel Vainer, where I naively believed I would receive support and advice.
Thus, on April 23, 2014, I made a request to be received for an audience, along with my mother.
I did not receive any response to this request for six months, and my attempt to get a response met with harsh reactions, even from Silvian Horn, the advisor to Mr. President Aurel Vainer. I had requested, during a meeting at the F.C.E.R. (Federation of Jewish Communities of Romania), headquarters, to be informed of the reason for my audience refusal. His response stunned both me and my mother; he said, and I quote, “If you insist, I’ll call security and have you thrown out,” a threat made in the presence of two secretaries at F.C.E.R. This is how the higher-ups in these communities understand to lead and represent us, the few who remain. Mr. Silvian Horn had reasons to make this gesture because, before this pogrom began, someone from Tomescu’s entourage had inquired with F.C.E.R. to find out if my house was under F.C.E.R.’s care based on a contract. This was confirmed by Mr. Horn in a discussion that I can prove. Later, when Mr. Silvian Horn saw that I was requesting an audience on this matter and things were getting complicated, he denied this conversation.
After six months, as a result of further efforts, I was received in an audience with Mr. Chairman Aurel Vainer,During this meeting, I explained to him the problems that my family and I were facing and submitted a request at his office for him to make efforts on our behalf to the Abuse Commission, the Legal Commission, and the Defense Commission in Parliament. He assured me that he would do this.
Today, a year and two months after this meeting, I have received no response, even though I have requested this in writing three times.
Over the phone and verbally at the F.C.E.R. (Federation of Jewish Communities of Romania), headquarters, Mr. Vexler, in an arrogant and mocking tone, told me that these efforts could not be made officially and that there were no registration numbers for the three cases I submitted to the three commissions. He also stated that my problem was not within the F.C.E.R.’s (Federation of Jewish Communities in Romania) competence. I won’t even speak of the rude, disrespectful, and insulting behavior of the security guards at F.C.E.R., who, since I submitted these requests, have been abusive. During my last visit to F.C.E.R., even in the presence of Mr. Vexler, the guards verbally assaulted us and denied us entry, even though Mr. Vexler himself was present, who claimed it was not his problem that the security (paid with our contributions) was preventing us from entering the F.C.E.R. building. Of course, I ask, why is this organization still called the Community of Jews, as it has nothing to do with its members?
I mention that our family also made requests to the C.N.C.D. (National Council for Fight against Discrimination), where we found that, according to Gheorghiu Luminita, such manifestations, abuses, and violations of the law are merely a way in which people can freely express their opinions!
Of course, I wonder…

We return with an update: the answer is yes!
On February 8, 2016, Ambassador of Goodwill, Alexandru Tomescu, through the Enforcement Agent Paula Somildoc, will sell a two-room apartment on the top floor for the modest sum of 15,000 euros (I will write it in words so that no one thinks it is a mistake: fifteen thousand euros).
The auction has already taken place, with Alexandru Tomescu being the only participant in this rigged auction!
As stated in court by the law firm Stoica and Associates, “…law firm, “…our client can no longer wait, he needs the money…” despite the fact that Alexandru Tomescu is not the holder of this debt but rather the bank from which he purchased the debt specifically for this purpose – Banca Transilvania (BTR), a bank that has never attempted to sell this apartment for such a modest sum. Not to mention that he bought this debt for 7,500 euros, in order to enforce it for 15,000 euros with an interest rate of 38%. A true AMBASSADOR OF GOODWILL!
With a simple internet search, I noticed that it is a modus operandi for Ambassador Tomescu Alexandru to participate alone in auctions, contests, etc. In the same way, he obtained the Stradivarius violin after a competition where he was the only participant, as evidenced by this material:
Update – February 17, 2016:
Today, on February 17, 2016, the Bucharest Sector 1 Court of First Instance accepted our action against the ordinances of the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the Bucharest Sector 1 Court, I quote:
Short solution: Based on art. 341 para. (6) letter b of the Criminal Procedure Code, the complaint filed by petitioner MOLDOVEANU NICOLAE is admitted. The classification decision issued by the Ordinance No. 14008/P/2013 of July 23, 2015 and maintained by Ordinance No. 2083/ll-2/2015 of September 14, 2015 of the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the Bucharest Sector 1 Court is annulled. The case is sent back to the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the Bucharest Sector 1 Court for the completion of the criminal investigation regarding the commission of the offenses provided by art. 193 para. (2) of Law No. 123/2012, with the application of art. 5 of the Criminal Code and art. 228-229 para. (3) of the Criminal Code, with the application of art. 5 of the Criminal Code, with the application of art. 38 of the Criminal Code.
Based on art. 276 para. (1) of the Criminal Procedure Code, the request for judicial costs filed by the defendant Tomescu Alexandru is rejected as unfounded. Based on art. 275 para. (3) of the Criminal Procedure Code, the judicial costs remain the responsibility of the State. The decision is final. Pronounced in a council chamber session, today, February 17, 2016.

The action involves defendant Tomescu Alexandru, who is being investigated for illegal gas connection, theft, and aggravated theft of gas from the address Grigore Cobalcescu Street No. 13, from which he intends to forcibly evict Mrs. Iancu Jeny and her family.
In practice, the apartment on the ground floor, owned by Tomescu Alexandru, was illegally connected to our gas pipeline located on the upper floor, without any authorization, contract, or our agreement, as required by law.

To these crimes, the company RCS-RDS also contributed, as they installed in my office a modified modem with unlimited traffic to SRI (Romanian Intelligence Service) and DNA (National Anticorruption Directorate).
I notified RCS-RDS both by phone and in writing, but the company does not acknowledge the presence of an RDS team at my office, which arrived in an RDS-branded vehicle to carry out a so-called “upgrade.”
Based on the mentioned article, the text indicates that Alexandru Tomescu is a member of Freemasonry in the Grand National Lodge of Romania (Marea Lojă Națională din România – MLNR).“In 2021, at Grigore Cobalcescu Street No. 13, based on a loan-for-use (comodate) contract, Alexandru Tomescu offered the house to the Magic Home Foundation, a foundation whose founder is the former Minister of Health, Vlad Voiculescu.”
